Thank you 🫂. It's really awful, and just because renting to us "isn't profitable enough". I just want to be able to stay in my home but I can't. I can't even stay in a flat similar to mine because rent prices have gone up so much.

It's a recent pattern in our city. Everyone I know seems to know at least 2-3 people getting evicted so the landlord can sell the flat and probably turn it into an AirBnB.

Some genuinely traumatic news. I'm devastated. My partner and I are being evicted because the landlord wants to sell up. It's our home. We imagined ourselves living here for years and years. Packing up some of our book collection and sewing supplies since they're the easiest to do with what we have.
