Yes Ulysses passed her pre HRR check but they did bump up the prop shaft lubrication. It wasn’t critical but took no chances.
Yeah it’s cost. The camera on board needs discreet bandwidth from the launch to the truck and that isn’t cheap. Nor is the set up/rig and camera. It is something we’ve looked at as it would jump the coverage forward and be weather proof!
We send the camera around as frequently as we can to maximise the coverage. It can hit one Final in three. The other launches spread the remaining 2/3rds of races equally.
