If not racist, why racist shaped?
I live in my grandparents former home. I’m cleaning out the last room in the house where we stored all the stuff we didn’t know what to do with. It’s….overwhelming. Here’s the before video. It’s going to be a journey.
Just a pupper appreciation post
This girl is such an epic napper
Stained glass is a slow art. I spend a lot of time with each piece. I get attached to all of them. Sometimes I think about a particular piece and I hope that it brings its owner joy when they look at it. It’s one of my favorite things about being an artist.
Kiddos helped me in the garden yesterday. Cats and dogs and gardens. Gotta hold on to what keeps you sane, amiright?
Kitten palate cleanser. Being a menace then napping hard.
I love this so much. More countries! MORE!!!!
I love recreating film and tv knits. This one is definitely a pain in the butt but I think it’ll be worth it. Sleeves and back done. On to the front next. From Project Hail Mary. Anyone want to help me get to the premier? 😂
This from a man that not all that long ago voted to thank 🧊for their service.
These days every time I post a picture on social media I can’t help but think of AI sucking up my art and pooping out a toxic sludge that people mindlessly consume without questioning where it came from or how bad it is just like the slurm slug from Futurama. Now you can imagine it too!
Sewing roundup for 2025. Didn’t make a ton but did put together a few bigger projects.
Baby’s first Christmas. Sadly she had to hang out in the bedroom all day because of the husky that wants to turn her I to a chew toy, but she got many toys to keep her entertained.
10 items knitted or crocheted this year. I’m pretty slow so I’m quite pleased with this. I think this might be the first year I made more knit items than sewing ones.
I cried when I sold my RAV4. It was the last place that my husky’s hair remained after she passed away. It was like getting rid of the last piece of her.
I did very little in terms of Christmasy stuff this year, but I did get down to Disneyland to enjoy my favorite tree at the Grand Californian.
Hey knitters, please tell me I’m not alone in hating intarsia. I’m going to finish this dang project, but my goodness do I miss stranded colorwork.
Same
Yeah it’s been pretty miserable. A new horror every hour.
I miss your posts. But I totally understand leaving. I’m going to try to get back to posting on here so hopefully we can keep stalking each other!
Her patterns are fabulous! Enjoy!
Kleya. Slowing down my sewing since August 2025.
I’m blanking on the name but it’s by Fabel knitwear
It’s called the heirloom quilt cardigan
Hello! I was just thinking about you the other day! Good to see you too! I’m doing ok. I hope you and Chris are doing well too.
Time for #showmeyourknits cardigan edition. My favorite thing to knit! These are my two most worn.
My little middle child Edna. She’s not thrilled be a big sister but she’s adapting. Best weirdo cat ever!
An Ivy appreciation post. Best doggo ever. Mommy’s bestie.
My other socials are where I do all the political stuff. Here I just want to focus on animals and creative endeavors. Here’s some recent pics of Kleya the wonder kitty.
New little member of the family. Meet Kleya! She’s got friends everywhere.
