The city is going to use some of that money to offer free tax preparation for businesses with under $250k in revenue.
I learned that PHL will collect more in BIRT taxes in the next two years from small businesses, while cutting taxes for major corporations. And fines on small businesses who don't know yet that they have to file this year for the first time.

At electric car chargers in the winter time, it can take hours to charge a battery from 10% to 100%. So you end up waiting for hours just to plug in. They should have a line for short charges-say, under 30 minutes, just like there is a grocery checkout line for people who only have 10 items.

I can picture the folks at the bottom of the mountain bragging that this wood they're burning was once part of the legendary Beacons of Gondor.
Over the centuries, yes, you would eventually need new wood. But you could rotate it out and into regular fireplaces as needed. So not complete ecological devastation. Or not more than all the crackling fires in all the taverns and homes.
I think they could have four sets in rotation. Replacing it every week, but using the same sticks over and over again. It would be a lot of work. But what else are those guys stuck on the top of a mountain going to do all day?
