I donβt know if heβs still in the business, but back in 2014 when I was house-hunting Bill Yadlosky was the guy. One house I looked at actually advertised a βYadlosky basementβ.

Ralph is living in the 1960s, and hereβs proof. #A2Council
He goes out of his way to insult people, even in some cases his ideological allies.
Based on whoβs excited about her candidacy and her comments to Ryan Stanton, it appears that Montague is a non-establishment candidate.
Actually, two in the second (a D and an I). Still waiting on Chrisβs decision.
The expedient solution would be to maneuver into the left turn car line. Try doing THAT during rush hour!
My big gripe has always been how a cyclist is expected to turn from northwest-bound Packard onto westbound Madison. When Iβve brought this up in the past, Iβve been told (1) wait for the red on Packard and cross, then (2) wait for another red on Division and cross. So wait through 2 lights? Hmmβ¦
That was Milk in 4. Itβs easy to get confused!
Yes, 3 Dβs and an I.
Not really seeing a pathway to victory here.
Kenneth Arthur Leicht Jr. has pulled petitions to run as an Independent for #A2Council in Ward 3.
Name and shame is my game
This may apply to U-M School of Music, Theatre & Dance faculty member Jason DeBord.
DeBord is spending his Spring Break behaving like an asshole on the A2 Politics FB group, because apparently he has nothing better to do.
The plans at engage.a2gov.org/packard-impr... fail to address the Packard/Division/Madison intersection, which I have long argued is the worst intersection for cyclists in Ann Arbor. It appears to be status quo.
Sadly, not all musicians are literate.
A plausible explanation. I just like to figure these things out and share my findings!
While Iβm at it, βDonna Marie Adamsβ = Donna Babcock, 1st Ward resident and anti-CLUP activist
Reminder: βJP DeBordeauxβ = Jason DeBord, U-M School of Music, Theatre & Dance faculty member
Hey Jeff, know what's less safe than a single flight of stairs?
Zero.
He also objected to mayoral vetoes, one of the few powers that the mayor has over other council members. Weird guy.
With cameo by erstwhile 5th Ward candidate Jonathan Hoard
Kristy Ballbreaker!
Renterβs Commission is a great idea.
Itβs hard enough to win as an Independent in an even-year #A2Council election. Itβs well-nigh impossible if youβre not planning to spend more than $1000.
In the 4th Ward, Jeffrey Milk has withdrawn as a Democrat and pulled petitions as an Independent. #A2Council
I do get the sense that heβs trying to triangulate by courting the NIMBY vote while at the same time appealing to less polarized progressives.
OTOH, Arbaugh is free to endorse whomever she pleases, and thereβs nothing he can do about it.
Not sure what to make of all this.
Itβs important to note that Ream has already filed petition signatures and had those signatures verified, so even *if* he decides to drop out, his name will still be on the August ballot.
