It’s hard, but you’re not alone. Hopefully you can find an “anchor” for some things to help you stay grounded and make progress in spite of the worries and woes often world.
I have struggled with very similar feelings about myself. It took me to start driving just this past January and I’m in my mid 30s now. Fear of failure and scatterbrained focus made it hard, but in time I got around to it. Dunno what it was, just that I felt it was time.
