It makes me laugh how many teens I see at the bus stop, just to get off at the school a 10 minute walk away. And I get it - if I was that age, I would want to take the shortcut.

So I started bodyweight exercise to turn that fat into muscle. Now I'm halfway to my goal and I'm starting to see the cut.

Back in June, on a medical checkup I found out I was 170LBS or in UK terms, 78KG. This is 30 pounds more than what I usually weigh. Depression eating and stationary habbits got the better of me.
