One day I wish to be this cool.

A monochrome photograph. The center of the frame contains a large, open-top slatted wood box. The box is full of opaque plastic wrapped packages. Most of the packages are covered in crinkled in white or grey nondescript plastic. One package is in sharp focus near the center of the frame with a large question mark and "SECRET PACKAGE" printed upon it repeatedly. In the upper left third, the torso and arms of someone leaning over are present, black puffer jacket and aged/textured hands grabbing another package with "secret package" printed upon it. The left lower 1/3 of the frame contains another box of packages and the right upper 1/3 of the frame contains the legs of people waiting in line.

Found the problem, you had one of those wiggling fish toys in the case. Our guy will fish it out after their nap, if they feel like it.

A tree trunk rises from the right side of the frame, the branches spreading out and covering the right quarter and top third of the image a little. A building sits midframe, at least five stories high. The building is of a geometric construction of different shapes of squares and cubes. Golden evening light is diffused along the side of the building, covering a large, uneven strip as branches and other buildings block the rest of the light. At ground level, a bicycle path and sidewalk stretch diagonally in the foreground, with a woman walking along the path, obscured by shadow, using a cane and pulling a small vertical trolley.

I really feel that on the money side of things. Left unfettered I might own more cameras than I do. Unfortunately, no manufacturer really makes my goldilocks setup. A truly weather sealed pocketable 35mm prime or fast 28-50. I'd genuinely take out a line of credit. (X100VI w/filter doesn't count)

Over the years I think I'm slowly accepting that I'm less into brands and more into what a specific body and set of lenses offers me. I really thought that Nikon was "my brand" and I do love mine, but ultimately if it doesn't have the glass I need or the package/size I want, I'm not interested.

A single leaf fills the middle of the frame. The image is monochrome. A long stem leads to the leaf. The very base of the stem has a small 2-3 millimeter piece broken off and offset from the base. The vens of the leaf are well defined and visible, the leaf is imperfect, with some small black spots starting to form and small holes. One blade of the leaf has the tip folded inward, while at the base on the other side there is a larger black spot. The background is almost completely off-white, and speckled, almost as if the leaf is presented, pressed in a dirty glass slide.

The entire frame is filled with the fractures of a piece of safety glass, jagged geometric shapes of various sizes, mostly angular. Some triangular, some square, some more curved than others. In the bottom righthand corner is a spot of bright light. Dotted through the frame is extremely bright light reflecting off the lines of the fractures. Behind the broken glass is fogged glass with condensation over it. The brightest area takes on the warmth of sunlight while the surrounding area is in cool shadow.

A portrait of a mushroom, the stem extends up from the bottom of the frame. The middle of the frame shows the bell shaped cap with a black uneven circular rim, small imperfections in the rim make it almost appear like a milipede. The sides of teh mushroom leading to the cap are fibrous and stringy, like tufts of fur curling slightly up off of the sides leading up to the bald cap of the mushroom. Sunlight is lighting three quarters of the mushroom from the right while the left quarter remains in shade. The background is a mixture of dark shades of green and brown, blurred by the large aperture used.

An orange bicycle rests against the tree, also lit harshly with hard shadows against the tree and on the ground. The front tire of the bicycle is blue the handlebars are turned, showing the tread to the viewer, the rear tire is black. Autumn leaves litter the ground around this lit scene, the surroundings are dark, as the light allowed bright exposure on the subject while keeping the surroundings underexposed.
