If you see treatment of farmed animals and can’t watch it and don’t want to think about it. It’s hard to see, but I invite you to reflect on participating in and funding an industry that you can’t even watch what you’re paying for. It’s not too late. Going vegan wasn’t as hard as I thought! 💗🌱

As we watch wicked for good, please reflect on how you view animals in real life. Are you Elphaba fighting for them? Are you Glinda seeing their pain and feeling for them, but benefiting from their suffering? Or are you the wizard actively harming and exploiting them? We can do better as humans.💗

The Supreme Court is so embarrassing
It was my 1 year vegan anniversary the other day!! I’m so happy being vegan! Saving so many animals, reducing water use, deforestation, and my carbon footprint. My heart is happy! In a world where so often we feel powerless to help, join me in a concrete way to reduce suffering.💗🌱
The most disappointing response when arguing about sustainability, social justice, or veganism is “You’re not going to change the world. Stop trying.”

That’s so true! I’ve had a few people get excited to talk about being vegan. And have been “vegan” for much longer than me, then say “mostly vegan, except when I travel.” 😒
The crop death argument is so annoying. I learned on my other post that some people call themselves plant based and still eat meat! I thought if they said plant based it still meant no animal products, just for health or whatever not to avoid animal exploitation as a whole. I was surprised.
