Whoever is on City’s shortlist in the summer, part of the criteria has to be, a decent set piece taker. We don’t seem to have anyone who we can bet the house on
Yep. ASDA near me has increased 4p in 2 days! How, why? The fuel has already been delivered, how can they justify the extra cost. Not that they have to justify, they will shaft us and continue to get away with it
Found the clip you were on about. The ref comes across as a right bell end

Not a lot has changed in terms of what City have to do - beat Arsenal, win the game in hand as well as most of our games. Keep them honest and you never know
We probably won’t win it, but we might do. Need to beat West Ham, though
I said the same thing re the penalty appeal. If that’s Liverpool or United all the players are jumping up and down demanding a penalty, the stadium would be at it as well. I think there is some sort of subconscious acceptance that we simply don’t get pens like that
Was he? He didn’t look like he was as up to 90 minutes to me
I said this post Leeds. There were worrying signs V Leeds and they were on display again last night
Poor passing, the technical level of this team has dramatically dipped
We’ve too many players who can’t shoot properly and too many who can’t run and too many who can’t do either
Marmoush started V Leeds but couldn’t get on the pitch today. It’s all very odd
I was at the opposite end of all of the pen appeals. At least one looked embarrassing but 2 looked like if they weee given on pitch then they’d never be overturned
But regardless, we didn’t offer enough and belly aching about marginal pens, isn’t for me
How many times, in tight games, have we had the ball roll along the 6 yard box and Haaland is nowhere near it? Happened today at 1-0, also V Sunderland at least one - where’s Sterling when you need him!
A disappointing result but it was like we said pre-game. They are a decent outfit and if we aren’t on the ball, then we’ll be in trouble
I like the team. A quick start and an early goal to put Arsenal under pressure would be very nice

Is there a point where Doku’s injury record outweighs any positives he brings to the team/squad?
Whilst prices will go up due to the war, there will be profiteers jacking prices up even more to make more money and just blame the war for it
I think Semenyo could probably start on the bench tonight. The schedule we have is nothing like what he’s used to and we we assume he’s in our strongest XI there won’t be many other opportunities to start him on the bench
I’d like to see Marmoush today. He keeps plugging away so a home game and a goal will hopefully do him the world of good
Let’s be honest, if we are going to much further in other comps we will need him so Forrest at home seems a good place to start
I wonder if Chris Bailey will ask Khaldoon how the Board of Peace is going…..
That’s a high-wire act, though. If they continue to play in this manner but don’t win the league, Arteta will get the boot.
Anti-football is only acceptable to a fan base, if it delivers the big prizes
After watching Arsenal yesterday, I’m quietly confident. Surely(hopefully) they can’t corner kick their way to the league championship?
That penalty and red card decision in the United game was a disgrace. Only at Old Trafford!
How is that ‘Board of Peace’ going??
Apollo 13 is a great film and Tom Hanks is the most underrated actor of the last 35 years
I see the online market place is jumping up and down about the Nunes ‘handball’ - I know there is money in it but, come on. Let’s have some credibility
He thought wrong, then. However, we won and he was part of the winning team. He’s clearly not up to it but today isn’t the day to slag him off. We’ll have plenty of other opportunities for that….
Yeah. But in his defence, he did run around and the booking was well worth it
