Today I found out that sober me, with an injured knee, walking a fast, steady pace, can finish a 5k faster than hungover/dehydrated me trying to jog, running out of energy, slowing to a 20 min/mile pace, trying again, giving up.

It’s probably good it’s not one of the turbocharged ones.
