After like 30 minutes with AK paint stripper (I don’t have enough to soak it properly.) I’m gonna go get some big gladwares and some isopropyl alcohol to see if I can get the stubborn parts off. The other bugs I need to strip are MUCH larger :(

I adopted some bugs from a guy at my local game shop for a really great deal but the caveat is that like 6 of them need some pretty intense paint stripping. It's going to be a huge challenge but I'm TAKING IT ON....

My local wargaming hobby community is very nice and welcoming but more importantly populated overwhelmingly by people who just want to get models on the table and don't care about painting things carefully or thoroughly which means I get to feel like my minis are the prettiest princes at the ball

I started Midnight in an effort to, for the first time since.....Battle for Azeroth, actually play a WoW expansion during the launch window. There was a fun moment where I got unique dialogue for being a Manari so that was neat. I like it so far.
Felt like I was painting my boyz too fast but then I realized of course it feels fast. They don’t have any trim.

I woke up at like 3AM last night out of a dead sleep feeling the compulsion to start collecting Tyranids.
Part of getting into Warhammer games has been a huge exercise in me getting comfortable with talking to strangers and asking strangers to teach me things.
Almost done* with my first Kill Team (I do not know how to play Kill Team)
*I'll have 6 operatives done, out of the 10 I built, so a full team, but not the full box.
Yay yahoo! I got 1.5 Night Lords done and I had fun! Thank you guys for indulging me this silly hobby, it's really helping me feel productive :^)
