I don't think you have to Nostradamus to figure that bombing Iran might raise oil prices. And it seems pretty obvious that buying oil in advance of causing an oil price spike might just save Americans a lot of money. But...

Talking about AI these days is difficult, because motivated reasoning is so strong.
There are people who hate AI as an idea, its current effects, and its projected effects. They tend to insist it's useless & can never be useful.

Oof. I just read your post in the most uncharitable, pedantic way possible, and I gotta tell ya: it's not looking good for you.
Now U.S. has closed two embassies in Mideast & told Americans in 14 countries to leave. But most airspace is shut down, there are no flights. Reading about people from around the world stranded.
Why are they only now telling Americans to leave? No planning, they werenโt expecting it to spiral.
