Two total Lunar eclipse sequences from 21st February 2008, and 3rd March 2026 showing the reddish full Moon at the beginning, middle and the end of both eclipses.

I had photographed 21st February 2008 eclipse from Kaş, Turkey, whereas Petr Horalek shot the pictures of 3rd March 2026 eclipse from Kitt Peak, Arizona.
Ah yes.🤦 I thought it was an earlier episode, remembered incorrectly.
What I always say: Autocorrect makes you make mistakes meaning other stuff, while without autocorrect you make meaningless mistakes.
I'd expect to have more basalt than granite in the crust, but yes.👍

Lake Uluabat can be seen in the distance, overflowing its basin, filled with rains and snows of this wet and plentiful winter. The immediate foreground of fields around Kirazlı village is white with fresh snow.
