It's a texture thing for me. The only rice pudding I've really had was on the farm and it was always a sweet breakfast thing. The only time I hated that is when Mamaw put raisins in it. 🤢 They would swell up in the moisture and get so gross. Ziti has enough boxes for now. No more.

There's a time and place for everything.😉

I LOVE the color you get by adding just a little paprika! I think that's the big difference when you see recipes for southern fried chicken.
