I contacted my NY assemblyman and urged her to start working on legislation to protect NYers from non-consensual sexual images. I have no idea if there are laws in place that cover this or if the only recourse for victims is post-hoc civil lawsuits, but there must be something they can do.

I literally only learned about black cowboys from Bruce Springsteen’s 2005 song Black Cowboys and his pre-song preamble about their history during the tour for that album. It is incredible how America history education has excised so many Americans.
