Right there with links that start with "we asked Chat GPT—"
Absolutely not.
I also pointed out how incredibly funny Jerry Van Dyke is in the Vegas crossover. What a contrast of guest stars you guys had!
I have been watching in order since the show was put up on YT. When I got to that episode, I texted a friend, "in the season 2 finale the gang drives to NY and guess what pure slice of hell just shows up because he was offered a spot on tv and paycheck instead of [redacted]
Viva Japan!
I say this in all sincerity: how can you tell he looks worse one day to another? I don't see it.
Hulk Hogan in front of Pastamania during a 1995 WCW Nitro being interviewed by Eric Bischoff. Hulk Hogan looks like he just tasted some Hulkeroos and some Hulks
Brother...?
I think you mean it should be renamed the "Deer Island Trumpwater Treatment Plant"
so at no cost to him whatsoever.
Thank you! i went to the NYAG site but was concerned I wouldnt do the correct thing, since I’m not a victim myself.
I contacted my NY assemblyman and urged her to start working on legislation to protect NYers from non-consensual sexual images. I have no idea if there are laws in place that cover this or if the only recourse for victims is post-hoc civil lawsuits, but there must be something they can do.
There should be democrats cutting wrestling promos on every ghoul in this administration and their enablers in congress every day. We should be cheering the promises of the reckoning they promising against Miller and Vought and the tear down of this whole project.
Look, I support anyone celebrating Connery’s early post-Bond career, which bizarrely get overlooked. Robin and Marian is great, and probably is the best Robin Hood film.
Richard Lester’s best film is A Hard Day’s Night.
This was the very first time I had encountered her. First impressions are rarely this perfect.
I’m not from SF, and have only visited twice, but doesn’t the Golden Gate Bridge actually go into SF? Or am I thinking of a different world-famous SF bridge?
I would find it inconceivable no one linked this in your original survey, but in case not: the second episode produced for the great Batman: The Animated Series

I live in the neighborhood and had no idea what Ely Ave is or where it could possibly be until I finally dug around. 23rd st was the new name for Ely Ave when Queens started numbering streets. In 1915. Also, it’s been Court Sq since 2011.
“When the evil Shredder attacks, these turtle boys don‘t come in no slacks”
Remember before the 2010s when we didnt have a term for “soap opera strips”? The exasperation I felt in 2005 when I would try to describe Apartment 3G to my family and friends, but simply didn’t have the vocabulary. Thank you, Josh.
I also know @ellenadair.bsky.social’s Hess Truck jingle well. But I heard it as a kid so I warm and fuzzy memories of it. Though I dont dispute any of her points.
I’m only part way through- @mollyknight.bsky.social’s John Wilkes Booth pick makes Sepinwall sense because April 14, 1865 was Good Friday.
I literally only learned about black cowboys from Bruce Springsteen’s 2005 song Black Cowboys and his pre-song preamble about their history during the tour for that album. It is incredible how America history education has excised so many Americans.
@joeposnanski.com i assume you were talking about Dick Allen and hard hit balls…
Wow, looks like there‘s nothing south of the basin between 45th and 46th.
Moldova, as I recall. Facebook political ragebait farms by teenagers on Moldova who found pro-Trump Posts got engagement while pro-Hillary ones didnt really. So great that there is zero incentive for this to stop in any way.
I read The Right Stuff this summer. I bought it maybe 10 years ago and kept putting it off because of the length. I devoured it so fast because it is just so good.
Lord you’re right. I don’t know why 60s came out of me. That’s probably early 50s. in the mean time, I’ve always tried to figure out “The Original Ha Cha Inn”
I live in western Queens. I can look out my window and see all the way to the Hudson side of Manhattan. This is a photo from the 60s hanging in my neighborhood . it takes rough weather to make the ESB this obscured today:
I learned this at 17, worked in a video store. The Green Mile had just been released and I overheard a mother and her maybe 12 yo son discuss it:
mom: what’s this movie about
Son: oh i heard shot it. It’s about a guy who didn’t do it and another guy believed him.
mom: Well, I don’t want to see that.
Now we can agree!
