What looks like a graph with the topological view of terrain on the middle to right side of the cover is has been singed over revealing a pinkish red alien-esque fetus floating in a purple liquid, wires connected to its body going off the top of the picture, bubbles floating around it. It has vestigial wings, arms and legs are curled inward, a glassy eye yellow eye with an x pupil staring to its side at the viewer. A fuchsia light illuminates it from below.

Their bodies appear to be vertically segmented and featureless, save for their arms and a single eye in the middle split near the top of their pseudo heads. The circle is emitting the light in the picture, casting the shadows of the three figures in the front across the 8 figures behind them. The figures in the background appear to be larger than the ones closer to the front. Behind the figures the background is a black void. Their eyes look like an inversion of the circle shape in the page.
