Been away from social media for a bit, but the Cubs are good and life is good.
The “throwing shit against the wall” method of bullpen building is not my favorite.
If the Cubs are to seriously contend, they need better pitchers.

Agreed on them being just a garbage franchise, but I like this. It’s not that much money for an NBA deal and he’s the kinda guy I’d like mentoring my young guys in a rebuild. Plus…maybe LaMelo down the road? I get why you don’t like it though.
Screw it, I love that they re-signed Lonzo. I don’t care if it makes sense for the rebuild (I think it does, dude is a coach on the floor).

How quickly this is potentially turning into a good old fashioned revolution has been surprising. I don’t want anyone to be harmed, but it feels like the faster we get to a real revolution the faster we’ll begin to solve America’s problems.

The man once told me, he sees the Cubs as like owning a home. The value goes up but you never gain the money until you sell. Completely ignores that he charges people to come see the games. More like a hotel. What we’ve long known is he’s detached from the reality of regular people.
