Behold! An elephants foot.
I love using dedicated sketchbooks for my collections. I see them as a way to record my practice and research before making better versions later.
I see it as a way to make a mess and discover ideas and develop products.
Sketchbooks should be messy.
This sticker is part of the collaboration between myself and my eldest. The full comic is in the zine launching at the end of this week...
It sparkles.
Made some Dino art fridge magnets.
Very excited that Netflix has Stargate SG1 on ...
Showing the top of a circular teal coloured candle with some extra bits such as metal fossils, coins and a book
A candle collaboration with Chaos Curios, this is the candle for the latest collection "an adventure tyre of discovery and delights" it is a round teal candle in a metal tin, surrounded by paraphernalia associated with museums and galleries.
So pleased to announce a wonderful collaboration I've done with the ever amazing @chaoscurios.bsky.social , these candles will be available at the end of the month as part of the new collection. The scent is pomegranate, mandarin and Amber, it is devine.
A3 illustration
A3 Illustration chopped in half featuring a large museum and a pink parasourolophus, yellow stegosaurus walking to the entrance of the museum and a purple t.rex pushing a smaller t.rex in a wheelchair up a ramp.
Always a bit nervous when I spend hours on a piece of work to then cut it in two so I can scan it for the zine
A pencil sketch of a Roman buts statue but with a dinosaur instead of a human
Trust the process, trust the process, trust the process π£
I had SO much fun!
Thank you π can't wait for the next session.
Stream night tonight! I've been looking forward to this for weeks but also a bit anxious.
Saaaaame.
BUT we will be fine
Red pencil illustration showing Irene the parasourolophus and Derek the Stegosaurus visiting a gift shop at a museum
Best bit about visiting an art gallery or museum.....
Gift shop! π

I often wonder if I should do a snail mail club. Like if the dinos were to send out postcards of their adventures? With little stickers of something? The IG story I have asked that question has no responses π
How do you pronounce Diplodocus?
Watching the OG walking with dinosaurs.
How do you pronounce Diplodocus?
For anyone who missed the KS I've uploaded Skies to itch.io, likely Drivethru later and it'll be on my own website once I also have physical books to sell.

Someone would rather use GenAI than pay a couple quid to a small business.
It's the attitude that did it for me as well.
I just unfriended someone I've known for many years because they would rather use GenAi for a very basic sticker reward chart (that they could have used Canva or Affinity to create) than spend a couple quid on an already existing downloadable created by a small business.
Le sigh. π
fun and bright illustration showing Derek the stegosaurus (he has a yellow body and pink plates and Thagomizer) wearing an orange rain hat. He's hold a leaf of Barnaby the bumble bee on a flower to prevent the rain from getting Barnaby wet.
Derek is a good egg.
I bloody love Derek
I bloody love Derek.
Posting Skies Above until I find my audience. Final Fantasy vibes. Grandia energy. Post apocalyptic hope instead of despair. JRPG fans who play TTRPGs are out there somewhere. Likes and shares help me reach them. losthavenart.com #ttrpg #SkiesAbove
A pencil sketch of a dinosaur skeleton
Getting the balance between "realism" and "cute whimsy dinosaur" can be difficult, especially when trying to be authentic but also I do not have the time to draw eleventy billion individual bones. I hope this looks like a Diplodocus skelebob.
Anyone else wonder why there is this trend to holding clip mics rather than, I dunno, clip them to your clothing? Are people aware they're designed to be clipped to something to reduce noise? I'm being fickle aren't I? π
Lettering is haaaaard but I do hope I spelled "exhibition" correctly π π₯΄
