Last night I dreamt up a recipe for a really damn good sounding sauce for sandwiches. Particularly meatball subs.

You take pickled habanero, pickled jalapeno, bell pepper, onion, tomato, pickled carrot, and you just throw them all into a pot and stew them down until soft.
Then put on sandwich.
