Members of Refused have announced their debut album as Backengrillen.
"The basic idea is to take a death/doom metal, or noiserock riff and play it until it loses meaning and then break it apart like a ravenous cat would a tiny forest mouse,” they write.

It's so rare that I get to shoot punk bands, so when Refused's Dennis Lyxzén asked me to shoot three videos for his new project--Vännäs Kasino--in a single day, I happily accepted.
The third drops later this month, but in the meantime, here's my favorite of the batch!
