Note: Original Wii digital titles are still downloadable if purchased (20+ years later), so "what if they're gone in decades" is pure hypothetical at this point.

Thing is, keycards are a step over digital because you *do* still retain ownership by physically possessing them.

My local game store does not distinguish "physical" from "keycard" for this reason, b/c they are functionally identical in the ownership sense.
