Seems like part of the strategy here, and across Miller's escalating use of ICE, is to harrass and terrorize even legal refugees and immigrants until they voluntarily self-deport.

This should be a bare minimum. I'm confounded as to why Dems are talking merely about voting against the DHS bill. The minimum position of both Dems and Republicans at this point should be Bovino, Noem and Miller are fired, or else gov't shutdown and Trump impeached.
