Trump held up a printed picture of people lifting body bags and said, "These are all white farmers that are being buried.”
The image actually shows humanitarian workers burying bodies in the city of Goma in Democratic Republic of Congo. They are not white, not farmers, and not South African.

Israel has launched yet another offensive against Gaza - with the death toll already over 53,000 people and no aid entering for the last 2 months.
Surely surely surely enough is enough. We are so far beyond any reasonable self-defensive right now, this is plausibly genocidal.
How depressing is that the new chants in rotation now are:
“Stop bombing hospitals”
And
“Stop killing children”

I’ve been going to demos like this for over a decade and I used to find them uplifting.
There’s a chant we used to do:
Gaza Gaza don’t you cry
We will never let you die
Just thinking of that now makes me cry. Because despite years it’s still happening

Rubio's gutting of USAID is illegal and unconstitutional. There is no form of democracy anywhere of any kind that would allow the executive branch to unilaterally cancel budgets and programs passed by the legislative branch and signed into law. It's utter lawlessness.
