I'm not familiar with PACE but I work with other NASA Earth Science data. I suggest:
1. Start at Earthdata Search (search.earthdata.nasa.gov)
2. Enter "PACE L3m chlorophyll"
3. Find the specific collection that you're after and click
4. You'll see a list of granules, each with a download button
