Meet the familiars of Vakenått. Each one can give you gameplay advantages with their special Boons, but one must pay the cost... in scritches and snoot boops.
Pay no attention to the sickly child on the fainting couch, he does that... lately...
One of the rare challenges in developing the game AI for The Killing Stone is that the enemy has access to all the same cards the player does. A lot of deckbuilders have enemy characters that run scripts. We needed an AI that could play something like M:tG.

Only procedural that's left.
Even before we knew about the interactive element in TBC, my girlfriend & I were OBSESSED. The story! The vibes! Who doesn't love a small town with a dark secret lurking below? + the mechanics & character movement are so well done. It's fun, spooky & immersive. There's truly nothing quite like it ✨

It doesn't really end in the way that no co-op games end. Though the story is complete, the game is still being played by folks who enjoy collective spooky season mischief.
A game a couple years before its time. Co-op Thief-esque stealthy immersive sim. Never developed the audience it really deserved (it would have also been called friendslop now), but they did some amazingly cool stuff with live narrative as the gods of the setting talked live to players on voice.
