The Department of Justice has sued 30 states and DC for access to their unreacted sensitive voter data. My law firm is fighting them in all 30 cases.
We are dedicating so many resources because these are the most important legal fights and the future of free and fair elections is at stake.

I think comments from the public do affect them, esp. in the context of upcoming elections. But we all have to allocate our energies as we think best. I write a lot of letters to voters.

The lack of media coverage about the bombing of the girls elementary schools is shocking.
. The reality is that our alternatives are: vote and get power that way at whatever level you can from school board up or organize an armed revolution, which isn't going to happen.

I think there are several orgs doing that but you could contact your local Democrats about doing that kind of outreach in your area.

I’ve been asked if I would support Sen. Mullin as Noem’s replacement.
The answer is a resounding NO. The rot in DHS is deep, much deeper than any individual.
It’s a question of policy not personnel. The Senate should not consider any DHS Secretary nominee until DHS and ICE are reined in.
Kristi Noem has done a stunning amount of damage and it’s good she’s gone.
But this doesn’t change the fact that we need a complete overhaul of DHS, impartial investigations into the killings of two American citizens, and information on children that were taken from Minnesota.

Senators blocked an effort to make President Donald Trump end strikes on Iran. What happened? Democrats forced a vote in an attempt to halt a war started without the consent of Congress. Only one Republican voted in favor and one Democrat voted against.
