Anyway, once I got over me righteous indignation (FIFTEEN. YEARS), he referred me to a physio to walk me through an exercise plan and occupational therapy to figure out some support for my janky hands, so that’s all good
Also I don’t have rheumatoid arthritis, so today’s a win-win! (I do have an antibody marker and other factors that puts me at higher risk of developing it so we’re just going to shelve that in a quiet corner and not look at it so long as it behaves itself)
