Wow BC is staying on permanent DST! Meanwhile Saskatchewan stays on permanent Standard time. I had been rooting for permanent standard time for all. If Manitoba gets permanent DST I will just wait and get up with the sun in the winter.

At a screen or paper map. That is what I do. Directions given by audio in navigation program, which I don’t have. I map out route prior to departing. Draw it on paper and memorize as much as I can.

It is rightfully illegal where I live to hold/use a phone while driving (hands free is allowed) so I don’t get how any display is allowed. The screen should not be activated when car is in motion, meaning it should not be needed for any functions used while driving.
