Seems like Dubas and Sullivan need to get on the same page as to what the vision is here. If the plan is development this year, then benching the Gryz/Graves pairing should be an easy decision for him. I feel like they are operating with different goals/visions this season.

I'd love to learn about draft-eligible players for 2025. Honestly, I'd love to better understand the scouting and evaluation process as a whole. That's a black box to me.

I have the same problems with mine. This fall/winter transition has been a rough one. One thing that has given me some temporarily relief is the Renpho Eye Massager. It's like $50 on Amazon, but really worth the investment IMO. Feel better sir.
