Best part of my call with them today. If their tech can't find anything they want to charge me. So... if their tech fails... I... ME... I have to pay. ABSOLUTE garbage customer service. The SECOND Bell runs fiber in my area you better be damn sure I am switching.
And yes, I have tried using their modem direct. I have replaced my own router, I have verified other devices in my home are not bottlenecking my network. I have even set up QoS on my network to try and get around issues. Cogeco is just the absolute worst...
For over a month I have been having random internet drops and inconsistent speeds. I've had streams drop. work calls drop and all around just terrible internet. Due to that, no stream this week till A tech comes out and makes an excuse as to why its not working...
