There are so many people in the city who can cook, bake, grill. Whenever we decide to come together and create our own town, good tasting food should not be an issue.

I think I’ve gained about 5lbs and it’s not happy weight.

Two weeks on protein shakes to get my muscles right while in the gym.

Followed by 3 weeks of extremely low activity and too many carbs.

I’m so scared to see what two weeks from now looks like. Help meeee 😩

Went out to shovel my drive so I can get to the gym. It’s been a while and I need to work out.

20 mins later driveway still looks crazy, sweat rolling down my back, nose running and I’m breathing hard.

I think I will try again later.
