You telling me the bottle opener that sings MOT isnβt the most useful item that ever existed?
Can never be beaten!

Looks good on paper but to be honest I know next to nothing / never heard of 75% of the guys on the list.
Iβve a feeling though that itβs going to help them have a decent chance of survival.
If they go down, itβll be carnage next summer.
My guess is that the delays would be at their end. Player stalling waiting for a better offer, Brighton waiting and seeing.
Thereβs also the other players we tried for, Paixao for example and then when we donβt get itβs who else is there.
So many moving parts with clubs, players, agents etc..
The entitled will ignore this.
Not sure where half our fanbase came from but the level of expectation placed on manager and team is beyond ridiculous.
Not saying we shouldnβt hold them to account but god itβs pathetic how some go on.
It was quite the opposite, he totally understood.
He watched the game last night and thought yeah Iβll have some of that!
Iβm one of the most positive people when it comes to our players, even when thereβs been doubt Iβve always backed them.
But I did have a feeling about Joseph last season. When he got dropped to the bench and youβd see him warming up at HT with the other lads, he looked like he couldnβt be arsed.
How many CM do you think we need in the squad?
Do you think weβd go into a PL season with only 4? When likely we will be playing 3 in CM a lot of the time?
If we get Stach and Longstaff, it will give us 5 out and out midfielders.
Thatβs the minimum any PL squad needs.
Donβt see us selling any of Ampadu, Tanaka or Gruev.
As if we are going to take a PSR hit for Everton and Jack Harrison.
Let him rot.
Angus Kinnear can do one as well the absolute slimy scum ball.
The whole Jack Harrison affair leaves a nasty taste. We were good to / for him.
Everton fans think heβs tosh anyway.
GK: Not Meslier π
It would be the signing that would be made if someone said to the recruitment team;
βFind the single player that is THE most different to a Victor Orta signingβ
π
He couldnβt be further away from an Orta type signing π€£
Heβs classed as homegrown and got bags of top 6 PL experience.
I canβt recall a single Orta signing with that profile.
Yes!
I will only ever support the team either at the games or on social media.
If I want a moan, I can do that with my family and friends, then get back on the wagon and go again.
Itβs never going to help the team if ER isnβt right behind them and SM is toxic - but some just love the attention.
They were just every day blokes, no ego, no superiority complex, just working class blokes who happened to be brilliant at football.
Itβs not that deep mateβ¦
Itβs not nonsense at all, you need both.
Realistically who did we have who could head a ball from a set pieceβ¦ Pascal, thatβs it.
Itβs also why we tried so many low crosses because we had very few aerial threats.
Iβm not dismissing the quality argument but you also need players who can head it π
Chicken and egg, you need players who can get on the end of balls to make them into good crosses.
No they didnβt. They werenβt 20th in the Championship and then the same bloke got them promoted in his first full season, 4th place in top league in Division 1 and then champions a year later.
They were an established Prem team and yes it was a magnificent achievement but nothing compared to Wilko.
No mate, I grew up in the mid 80s watching mediocre players in front of 15,000 fans and he brought the good times back and is one of only 2 managers to ever win us the top division title. That was at Elland Road.
Personally I think you are insulting the bloke and fans who grew up with his team.
4 years?
88-96. Promotion, 4th, title, cup final, 2 x 5th place finishes.
He created the academy at Thorp Arch.
He built a 10 year plan to the English game as a whole and he created the modern England set up and look at the players that have come through.
Revie was from Middlesbrough? So what?
Iβve seen your Blakey, Mavis from Corrie and Frank Spencer mentioned in the comments.
Apart from Mr T from the A Team, these are all my impressions π€£
He wouldnβt have been a PL starter this next season either.
Might have ended up running down his contract and leaving for nothing.
Buying and selling is not an exact science.
Everybody demanded promotion but now we should have been playing the under 21s because thereβs a player in there.
I hope Cresswell goes on to have a great career (heβs a Leeds fan) but wasnβt going to start last season.
Think some of our fans think thereβs a starting 20 and not a starting 11.
Yep heβs definitely full of it.
I remember walking behind him and his mates, as they walked around the old walkway around Headingley pitch, as junior players at Yorkshireβ¦
Honestly you would have thought he owned the place then.
Vaughan has been trying to set himself up as the next Boycott, right from the start.
Unfortunately for him, most people just think heβs a tosser, without the charisma of a Boycott.
Also despite a decent career where he over achieved his talent, he hasnβt got the household name status of a Boycott.
Absolutely, it was instinctive, as it would be with me and other good, ordinary folk with good values.
With the best will in the world Bob, you donβt fix decades of neglect in less than a year, in an organisation as massive as the NHS.
Progress and consistent focus on improving things every day.
Waiting lists have been slashed but some still moan.
From a waiting list perspective?
You donβt think they have made progress?
Damned if you do, damned if you donβt.
Canβt please anyone.
Well wait until you get Tories back or Reform..
Jesus Christ, the negativity is ridiculous. Sick to the back teeth of negativity from every angle.
