Alrighty folks, it's time to work on your webcomic.
hard to believe this is a real character in the public domain. If you're writing a serial comicbook, and want to throw in a punchy sub-plot... this guy's design is great, but his story is absent, so, that's a pretty heavy commitment for a reboot you'd need to really think about.
