Content editing dream achieved - a single Google Doc source for my BG3 mod's new homepage. All the styling is somewhere else. I edit the doc, and a unifiedjs system running in Deno mashes the content into the style. Clean HTML comes out.

In my experience it's just an in-group / out-group label applied for organizational, not operational, reasons. I have granted "non-technical" folks powerful roles in production systems when they consistently care more and learn more than their "technical" peers.
