His forehead extends up and off the frame it is so tall. he is parked on the sidewalk of a suburban street. Panel 4: A closeup of this biker shows that he looks suspiciously like James Hurley from Twin Peaks, his forehead still extending upward and reflecting a little glimmer of light. He looks intensely at the viewer. A speech bubble, presumably from Skip, reads: "It's just a coincidence!" The word coincidence is underlines multiple times.
