THAT SAID there are soooooo many reasons to be perplexed or actively irritated by it coming back... the whole "it stoked sympathy for Confederates" angle? feels a bit sweaty IMHO.
even at the height of my #Firefly fandom as a 14yo i knew it was at most a solid 7/10 show that had been overinflated by the quick cancelation.
plus for its time it was a very unique mix of genre for mainstream primetime TV. but now the novelty has been wrung out by decades of solid genre programs.
