En Alemania hay instalados 14,5 GW de baterías (11,5 GW detrás del contador y 3 GW en el sistema eléctrico)
En California hay 16 GW (2,5 GW detrás del contador, y más de 13 GW en el sistema eléctrico)
En España aún hablamos de MW.

Our study just out in Nature: the extreme North Atlantic heat in summer 2023 was mainly due to weak winds causing shallow mixed layers, which heat up more quickly.
Global warming is causing a trend toward shallow mixed layers, making such extremes more likely.

Hace unas semanas, antes del apagón (parece todo un mundo, verdad) hablábamos del biogás y de la oposición generada a la planta de Colmenar Viejo en Madrid.
Hoy se inaugura esta planta de biogás en Suecia, de 120 GWh al año, la cual es 4 veces más grande que la de Colmenar. Y sin red de gas.

🟢 Gracias a la abundancia de viento, agua y sol, estamos generando suficiente electricidad para cubrir la demanda peninsular. Energía limpia, asequible y autóctona.

1/ ¡¡¡Récord!!! A las 9h35 la generación renovable superaba el 100% de la demanda en el sistema eléctrico de España peninsular (el 100,28%) A las 10h30 la aportación sigue subiendo. Ahora mismo es del 106,14%
El sobrante se exporta y bombea. Así ha sido la evolución.
