Definitely addicted to my antidepressants - if I forget to take them I get the intrusive thoughts. PS I forget to take my morning meds (antidepressant and stimulant meds) at least 1x a week.

Trader Joe’s was out of candied orange slices when I went on Friday.
Costco changed the recipe of the breakfast wraps I like.
I need to eat more protein or I’ll regret it and I don’t want to.
