This is a truly landmark case requiring REAL reform that will change systems and generations, maybe even attitudes. Awe and gratitude for the bravery of survivors like Alison β and so (too) many others.
Also, setting aside the not-set aside-able issue of murder, I in my mid 50s am no less triggered by vibes of abuse, taking up too much space, general foreboding. The radar never stops going ping, ping, ping.

This is such an important issue. I sometimes make the mistake of feeling less vulnerable as I age. The relief of the end of leering and the cat calling doesn't mean the risk is disappearing.
