Her eyes are ONLY shown when she is incredibly comfortable around someone. Otherwise they will NOT be seen. If you see a piece with her eyes showing, assume it’s because she feels safe, heard and loved 🤲🏾
The white sclera eye design is how she presents on land. There are often times where she needs to ensure she has support and love she needs! She has to look slightly less terrifying 🤣
The black sclera eye design really helps Amaya see within very pressurized sea depths. Being a sea queen, leviathan, protector, she is often resting in the very depths of the ocean and she’s BIG. Really big. Can nearly be the size of an ocean if she tried. Cause MAGIC 🪄
