I can't speak for anyone else but I know him as a big guy in Montreal with an unpronounceable name. The Habs fans I chat with on here all seen to quite like him.
Rumour is Conroy likes him and that's good enough for me.
Neither did we.
He came in and immediately made his presence felt both on and off the ice. He's a solid top 4-dman on almost any team in the league and he attends virtually every community event.
Instant fan favourite.

As just mentioned on the @DailyFaceoff Panel with the boys, told the Canadiens have circled back with the Flames recently on Nazem Kadri. Talks continue. Some chatter Patrik Laine could be in play here if this gets to the finish line.
Really, that's it. If the offer is too good to pass up, i doubt we would.

I don't think that would be enough. Calgary likes him and regardless of the talking heads who said he'd be flipped, Moving Weegar makes him much more valuable tot he Flames. And he's been rock solid.
Pretty much everyone on the Flames is having a down year.

Nah. Kadri's a solid #2 center and Whitecloud is a top 4 D-man.
That would be a reasonable deal for both sides.
That package was for Kadri & Whitecloud. I'd suggest it's a minimum.

Realistically, I'd expect him to go to Colorado, if anywhere, but it would be fun to watch the apoplectic responses if MTL pulled the trigger.
