The media going along with the labeling of "DEI" as a discriminatory practice when it is actually for the purpose of COUNTERING discrimination legitimizes yet another hi-jacking of progressive language by regressive racist Repubs.

Yes, this administration is dangerous and cruel, but they are also shockingly dim and incompetent.

Opportunities are everywhere.

Make everything as hard as possible. Resist every demand. Refuse entry without a warrant. Don’t take the buyout. Their problem solving skills are 📉

I wish I had been given that space as a little one. I’m showing up as the mother I needed for Naomi and it’s grueling, blessed, important work. I’ll go down swinging for it.

I am fiercely protective of my daughter’s feeling of safety, especially regarding emotions and being ok to express them. Yes some things are ridiculous-seeming like when she grips my leg screaming bc she doesn’t want me to go outside. We talk about it later when she’s more chill.

I hate when my kid has a meltdown(par for the toddler course) but it is fascinating how her distress melts the world to a speck of dust. None of it matters except making her feel loved when she doesn’t feel ok.

Week one of this stupid admin and I do not know how I’m going to get through the next four years.

If I survive toddler life then I can do anything.

Every time I’m at the gym I end up flipping off the tvs at least once. Old white government full of criminals and billionaires. I get so angry that I’m stunned. Words fail me here. I’m angry from every angle.
