• PET/MRI imaging of glioblastoma (Ga 68 IONT)
• Thrombus detection using bioorthogonal pretargeting
• Dual PET/SPECT imaging (Ga 68/Lu 177)
• Effective intratumoral therapy with Lu 177
All using the same nanoparticle architecture.

Our IONT platform solves this by directly integrating the radiometal into the nanoparticle core
With one 10 minute microwave synthesis, we achieve:
✔️ High radiolabeling yields
✔️ Excellent serum stability
✔️ Identical nanoparticle properties regardless of the isotope
A plug and play system.

In nuclear medicine, each radiometal usually needs its own chelator, each with its own limitations. There’s no single chelator that works for all.

We’re excited to share our universal radiolabeling strategy: a single iron oxide nanoparticle platform capable of incorporating 10 different radioisotopes for PET, SPECT, and therapy. This could significantly simplify radiopharmaceutical development.
