If you care about the challenges/achievements at all, Id recommend doing the 4 hour speed run, no healing and no blood collector on casual mode before attempting a max difficulty run. The highest difficulty is ridiculous and you'll really benefit from some of the bonus items you can get with points
Leon in first person intrigues me more tbh, with how hectic some later sections get I feel like it would make me sick 😭
The Grace sections in this game can be genuinely terrifying. I can't imagine playing them in third person cause the default perspective makes them so much more horrifying

I just don't get why you can't play it in TV mode. Having the stand thing would be sick as an option, but having to pay at minimum an extra $25 on top of an expansion pass sub rubs me the wrong way. Which sucks cause these games will never be rereleased otherwise :(
Nah, I get it too in SMTV's case. Im just afraid the Sega higher ups will see Golden in a similar light and choose to delist it for the same reasons
I'm starting to get worried that Sega/Atlus is going to delist Persona 4 Golden when the remake comes out. They've been delisting a lot of games that have gotten remasters/remakes (Yakuza 0-3, original SMT 5, Sonic Gens) so I wouldnt put it past them. Hope Im wrong
Played through Resident Evil 8 this weekend. Ive been trying to get through all the mainline RE games before 9 comes out and this was the last one on my list. I think 7 is a little better overall, but this was a great end to Ethans story.
Still gotta play around with the DLC
I don't see myself getting too into Pokemon anytime soon, but this was a nice little distraction, and Im glad I ignored all the loud people online who said it was irredeemable trash.

Its made me think a lot about what I value in a game like this. Maybe Im just going easier on it because its Pokemon and something thats supposed to be more comfy than challenging, but for whatever reason the game clicked with me a lot more than I was expecting
Finished Pokemon ZA. Im a little conflicted about this game. Theres a lot of things I don't like about this game, things I would complain about to no end in any other game. But for whatever reason the game just clicked with me.
At least with Age of Calamity it turned into its own thing by the end so you were pretty much along for the ride, Im not really sure what the point of delving further into the Imprisoning War is when theres not a lot there to begin with.

I feel a similar way with Bananza that I do Odyssey. Both games are pretty fun in the moment, but in retrospect, I feel they could have done more with their ideas/gamplay loops. After a certain point in both games I was on autopilot and games like that are harder for me to go back to

Pac-Man World 2 is a game near and dear to my heart, so I was really looking forward to the remake. Sadly, I think it makes a lot of changes that go against the spirit of the original game
