It's simply not possible for it to be better than I remember because that would make it an 11/10 console as opposed to a 10/10.

This is a really hard one. I don't dislike it, but I don't love it.
So promising, and solid in premise, but it just doesn't quite stick the landing overall.
Battles are dull, and the majority just feels entirely luck based.

Regardless, personally I have no interest in Requiem anyway but I'm so glad it's now out so that we can focus on the next big Resident Evil reveal which has GOT to be Code: Veronica Remake aka the best Resident Evil game!
A 3D Tiptup game would have been better. 🤭
How incredibly odd that Resident Evil Requiem doesn't have a photo mode when both 7 and Village have them and nearly all major Capcom games have had one over the last few years.
