My idea would be, it's from the ice age age when it was colder further south. What better animal to thrive during such a cold age? ;)

Been playing around with more animalistic propotions so this evil looking badger outlaw came out rather plump ^^

Harrison as a possum. The left drawing has him wearing a hat too big for him, holding his barbed tail like a whip. The middle drawing shows him holding his hat so you can see his eyes. The right drawing shows him menacingly wielding his tail, one eye covered by his large hat.

#Harrison and the gang got turned into animals. Our DM came up with a really cool possum!Harrison design that I just had to draw :)

In comparison to his usual design his has shaggier fur (braided in places) a heavily scarred face, a broken incisor, an eyepatch over his right eye and a wooden right leg. He wears a red naval coat draped over his shoulders like a cape, a black hat with a tattered albatross feather, a bandolier, gray trousers with a blue sash and a boot on his intact foot. In his expressions he gazes at the viewer with an ambiguous, skeptical look, and shows a star in his (one) eye as he gazes at something longingly. In his full body pose he holds out a cutlass with a gold hilt, bellowing a challenge (or a boast, or a boastful challenge).

If it hadn't been for the very unpleasant way it ended (solidifying his hatred of wombats forever), Victor would have looked back on this phase of his "career" fondly. Buccaneering suits him.
