Some issues I have with bluesky: - provided a username is @abcd.bsky.social: - the display name should automatically be "abcd" - bsky.app/abcd and bsky.app/profile/abcd should default to that account - @abcd.bsky should be displayed, the ".social" should only be used internally - no private accounts - no editing posts - 'show less/more like this' seems to do next to nothing (on the discover tab) - finding people can be tricky: - "Popular With Friends" is amazing actually. This isn't a negative, just wanted to mention it. - "Suggested accounts" is pretty much useless - Had to use a third party extension to find people from twitter (this built in would be very nice) - I think a "sync contacts" feature would go a long way - When you send a post, there's no instant way to see it - you have to click the profile each time - I'm conflicted about character limits. I like the idea of them, but I also hate screenshots of text...
I love bluesky, i cant shut up about it and there are many more positives than negatives!!
However... there are still negatives.. :(
