I have no problem with T&C's, I think they are necessary for all of these platform providers. I have a problem with them or their users claiming that they are a platform for free speech or that they somehow protect free speech by existing.
My point is that a private company that requires you to agree to their terms to access their platform is under no obligation to protect your speech. Just like any business they can refuse service.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: If you have to agree to terms and conditions, you are not logging on to a platform for free speech.
