I didn’t get the pun at first so I looked it up. It helps to know their name was spelled “Humphrey Yogart”.

All modern browsers save open tabs. They do a pretty good job of surviving updates, restarts, etc. But it’s not a guarantee, especially if some of them have unsaved data (partially entered form fields). I’ve dealt with this issue in various ways for many years.
